It must be clear that there are no guarantees with specialty sessions. These Sessions are specialty as in "studied in depth."

The information on this website is based upon my research and personal use of Young Living Essential Oils. I am not a doctor. Products and techniques mentioned are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
APPOINTMENTS – In order to reserve a spot on my schedule, you'll be required to provide a method of payment. Your credit card information is protected by SCHEUDLICITY when booked online. That payment information can only be used for charging late-cancel or no-show fees (see details below), so it's important that you bring a method of payment at the time of service as well. If you are booking this appointment for someone else and would like to pay for them you will need to contact Nikki before the appointment. AGAIN payment information can only be used for charging late-cancel or no-show fees, so it is important that you bring a method of payment to your session.
- You will receive an email notification from SCHEDULICITY after booking any
appointment, weather online, in-studio or over the phone! This is your
verification that the appointment has been made. If you don’t receive an
email notification, it’s a possibility your appointment wasn’t made and the
time was not reserved for you. Please call with any questions or
concerns. Repeated no-shows for appointments booked online may result in
revocation of online booking privileges, and fees up to 100% of the full price of
the scheduled service.
CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS – In order to be fair to everyone, I allow for cancellations and rescheduled appointments up to 12 hours before the appointment time, with no penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours before the appointment time can result in a late cancel charge of up to 50% of the full price of the service scheduled. No-shows can result in a no-show charge of up to 100% of the full price of the service scheduled. If you are using a discount, voucher, or gift certificate you may forfeit value of item. OUT-CALL SERVICES- If you have scheduled an out call services (meaning I come to you) please note, I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your services within the 24 hour mark there will be a charge of 50% of the service. If I show up to the appointment and no one is there or you cancel at the door 100% of the service will be charged!
PROMOTIONS - If you see a deal or promotion, it is important for you to use the appropriate link provided. Each promotion is unique and has its own terms and conditions attached. As with anything please contact me with any questions or concerns. Typically these terms are, but not limited to: “Cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Subject to availability. Appointments must fall within the promotional period. Rescheduled appointments may lose discount. Late cancel and no-show policies apply. Cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.”
CERTIFICATES/PRE-PAID VOUCHER- Gift Certificates/Pre-Paid Voucher cannot be returned or redeemed for
cash. They must be used up all in one visit, unless otherwise stated. Every
gift certificate and Pre-Paid Voucher has an expiration date by which the promotional
value (discount) of the service is gone. The
policy regarding the redemption of expired gift certificates is that the “Cash
value" (amount paid), can be applied to the service purchased.
There is a $2 per month fee for every month past the expiration date.
GROUPON VOUCHERS- Only valid for service purchased. The policy for redemption of expired voucher is Cash Value (amount paid), can be applied to the service purchased. The Cash Value never expires, but again can only be applied to the service purchased.
SEXUAL MISCONDUCT – Renew Massage Therapy is a professional, legal and ethical business. Sexual misconduct is forbidden. Clients understand that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures may result in the immediate termination of, session with the client fully liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. Any attempt of sexual solicitation will be reported to the police.
GRATUITIES – OF COURSE I LOVE TIPS! Who wouldn’t? In appreciation of services received, gratuities may be given at your discretion. A customary gratuity for services is 15-20% of the total non-discounted fee for each service. While gratuities are appreciated it is not expected.
